Platphorma for Pocket PC is an integrated system for person and firms. The possibilities of selection (self-selections), of view in HTML format and save in CSV make this program to be a powerful instrument.
Money - This module manages the bank accounts and cash accounts, including transfers between them. Each account can work in a certain currency and all operation are converted in the home currency. The operations made in Projects, Trips and Vehicles modules are transferred automatically to this module. Each operation can be made in every other currency than that of the account, the program is able to convert the amount into the account currency and the home currency.
Partners - It manages firms and partners. They can be classified in different categories (Customers, Suppliers, Employees, Friends, Agents), but also classified depending on class or main domain of activity. This includes all the data for this purpose: Address, Phone Numbers, E-mails, Web Address, and Personal Data.
Schedule - It manages the daily tasks. They can be sorted depending on type, categories, class and partner (can be linked with the Partner Module - e.g. tasks, which are going to be solved by employs).The tasks, which are solved, can be put out of list.
Trips - It manages the expenses made during the different trips (both particulars and for affaires). ⁔his is linked automatically to ⁴he 䀠Money Module, changng ever⁹ account that has been used.
Projects - I⁴ manages the expenses made during the different projects. This is linked automatically to the Money Module, changing every account that has been used.
Expenses Report - It manages the expenses that an employee made in a certain delegation. The final amounts are transferred into the employee situation from the Partner Module. The difference between the advanced amount that the employee received before starting and the final amount appears in Partner balance.
Passwords - It manages passwords, Pin numbers, Accounts, Credit Cards, etc; They can be sorted in function of type, categories, purpose and partner. (can be linked with Partners Module e.g. contact person from your bank). All the information are encrypted.
Currency (exchange) - It manages the currencies and the rate change between them. It makes possible to calculate real rate including the commission of the bank. It has also a list with 160 currencies already defined.
Unit converter - It manages over 400 measurement units classified in 25 categories. It can be defined new classes and new units, and can be settled for each class the implicit units.
Stock - It manages all the items from the stock. They can classify into categories, classes, or groups. The stock is automatically upgraded after each sale or buy. Every item has his own transaction list with all operations. You can obtain here the profit both the percentual and net value, the quantities and values entered or sold.
Buy / Sell / Order - It manages the sales, buys and orders. It is linked to Stock and Partners Modules. You can also group them depending on the agent.
Vehicles - It manages all information about cars: the expenses with their functioning and maintenance, the covered distance. The expenses are automatically transferred to the Money Module.
